Terms of Use and Rental Conditions Lockers Bilbao-Moyua

These general terms and conditions govern the rental and use of LOCKERS BILBAO-Moyúa lockers through the website https://app.milockerenbilbao.com/, which is owned by Vicente Espino Eguren (hereinafter referred to as the Owner), and the contractual relationship between him and the User who uses this locker service.

Service

The owner offers users the possibility to rent any of their lockers for periods of calendar days, within the hours offered by LOCKERS BILBAO-Moyúa. All reservations will be valid from the time the user makes the reservation. The user will receive an email half an hour before the chosen time to use the locker(s) to manage the reservation.

Types of Lockers

The types of lockers offered by LOCKERS BILBAO-Moyúa come in three different sizes:

  • Size S locker, with dimensions 320 x 440 x 865 mm.
  • Size M locker, with dimensions 535 x 440 x 865 mm.
  • Size L locker, with dimensions 750 x 440 x 865 mm. (The document sent only shows one size).

The dimensions of the locker doors are as follows:

  • Size S door, with dimensions 291 x 380 mm.
  • Size M door, with dimensions 506 x 380 mm.
  • Size L door, with dimensions 721 x 380 mm.

Restrictions on Locker Use

The lockers will be used for legal purposes, with the commitment not to store items whose possession is illegal. Additionally, flammable, contaminating, or dangerous materials, as well as animals or living beings, will not be introduced. Unpackaged food or drink is also not allowed. It is also not recommended to include money or items of special value, and if done, it will be at the user’s own risk.

Availability

Through the website https://app.milockerenbilbao.com/, the user can reserve the locker of the desired size, depending on availability at that time.

Rental Periods

The locker rental service is for 24-hour periods. If the reservation is made for the same day without specifying a date, it will start from the moment the order is completed. If it is for a specific day and time, it will start from the date specified at the time of payment.

Access to the Locker

The rental service for each locker will be accessible 24 hours a day, every day of the week, 365 days a year.

Only users, or persons authorized by them, under their responsibility, will be able to access the locker again to retrieve the items deposited in it.

Access to the premises will be solely for the purpose of accessing the locker and to deposit or collect belongings, without staying in the premises longer than strictly necessary. Eating or drinking inside the premises is also not permitted.

Lockers, once used, must be left closed and in the same condition as they were found, with the commitment to notify LOCKERS BILBAO-Moyúa of any incidents in this regard.

The user will be responsible for any physical damage that may occur to the premises and, especially, for damage caused by improper use of the lockers, and will be obligated to compensate for any possible deterioration, as well as any possible losses during the repair or replacement of the lockers.

Modification or Cancellation of the Reservation

The user can modify or cancel the reservation, provided it is done 24 hours before the start date of the reserved service via the website.

Price

The price per locker will be as indicated on the website at the time of booking. The prices listed on the website include VAT and refer to the rental of one locker (according to the size) for the time specified in the reservation.

Reservation Process

To make a reservation at LOCKERS BILBAO-Moyúa, follow these steps:

  1. Select the desired services from those offered on the page. Clicking on each service will bring up a detailed description, including information, main features, and price.
  2. Once the desired service(s) are selected, click the “Reserve” button to complete the reservation.
  3. After selection, click the “Complete Purchase” button.
  4. Next, provide contact details: name, surname, phone number, and email address, and finalize the purchase process.
  5. By processing the order, the user agrees to these Terms and selects the payment method from those offered by LOCKERS BILBAO-Moyúa.
  6. Once the booking process is completed, the user will receive an email with confirmation and access codes to the premises and the locker.
  7. If a receipt is needed, it can be requested via the website.

Incident Reporting

In case of blockage, malfunction, or any other type of incident in using the locker(s), the user can contact customer service by calling 680 42 67 07 or by sending an email to moyua@milockerenbilbao.com

Return and Shipping

After the rental period has elapsed, LOCKERS BILBAO-Moyúa is authorized to open the locker and remove the deposited items. In no case will the belongings be opened. Therefore, it is the user's responsibility to deposit items properly packaged.

Removed belongings will be temporarily stored. During this period, they can be claimed, and LOCKERS BILBAO-Moyúa will try to contact the user to arrange the return, with the cost borne solely by the user. After fifteen days, without contact from the user, the belongings will be considered abandoned for all purposes, and LOCKERS BILBAO-Moyúa will have the freedom to dispose of them without any right for the client to claim.

For each day from the end of the rental period until the return of the items, the daily rental amount of the locker will accrue, and an additional penalty of 100 euros, regardless of the right to claim actual damages.

If the User believes they have grounds for a complaint, they can do so by sending an email to moyua@milockerenbilbao.com

LOCKERS BILBAO-Moyúa will try to resolve the incident and find a satisfactory solution for all parties.
